    2000 Viper GTS Maintenance Cost

    I've never understood why people pay good money to replace parts that are in good working order - Much less pay someone else a huge fee to do it. My GTS has 2,400 miles on it. Those plug wires will outlive me :-)

    Zaino PIC

    I just pay someone else to do it. The guy that did mine in CA would spend about 8 hours, clay bar, Zaino, the works. I'd pay him $125 plus a generous tip, and I was a happy camper. When I'm doing it, I too use Meguiers products. They are hard to beat. Mike M

    As a general rule, the low mileage cars are always more appealing than high mileage cars. Vipers are traditionally low mileage, so a high mileage one stands out as just wrong IMO. Mike M

    Testarossa and Viper comparisons?

    I do give it credit for being a true exotic, but I think the GTS looks meaner and outclasses the Ferrari when viewed from any angle. Is it as cool as owning a Ferrari? Probably not ... Mike M

    Best of luck with the sale - Sweet ride. Not sure what your reason for selling, but I'm sure it must be a good one to part with that GTS. I sold my '68 GTO Convertible last year to finance the therapies my 3 year old son needs. Hated to see it go, but seeing him do so well makes it all...
