Re: Scammer...too easy
I am just going to ask him tons of repeated questions over and over. I hate to post again so soon...but he is like WAITING at his comp in Romania for my responses.
response:
It's cost 22.000 US $ Wainting your decision Wright now

So I came across this Ebay ad. Obviously it is a scam. So now I am working with guy to find out what happens. He may even be on this site...although I SERIOUSLY doubt it...lol
Ad Link: Taken off Ebay....HMMMMM???
First Email To Him:
I would like some more info on the Viper. What type...
Yeah he is. Despite being a bit rough at times, he is never, at any time, " mean ". Upmost respect for him...even though he is older then the dinosaurs.
Oh I am NOT considering this one. I was moreso just asking if my feelings ( leading to not wanting it ) were correct. I know this guy is hiding something. he has to be. Too many " ifs "...and his main selling point was telling me how everyone else was " about to " buy it...very fishy.
It was very ackward talking tp him. He kept on telling me about his friends and locals wanting to buy it. Then I started wondering, " if it's such a good deal...why not just sell it? " Just annoting as he would not stop telling me about EVERY interested person. Not wrecked but hood needing...
To a point yes. I still say that a Viper engine ( size - power - weight ) IS POINTLESS in a Jeep. Drop in a 250hp - 300hp engine, and a Jeep and you can do mudding, crawling, " whatever " you want. 400 or 500hp is just a whole lot of wasted horsepower. Mud only gets so deep ya know.
To start off with, this sell just doesn't seem " quite right ". It is a 1994 RT/10. It has a salvage title. It does have about 19k - 20k. The " damage " are stress marks around the hood and " trunk " hinges. According to this person, it has a salvage title due to the adjuster not wanting to pay...
I just don't see the purpose ( other then for show ) of a Viper engine in a Jeep. The Viper was born and bred for high performance with a V10. it can produce tw and hp easily that other engines have to be " modded " to reach. Yes, mud boggin does require HP. But I can go muddin in my 150hp...
year? miles? condition? problems? Once those are answered, figure on the answers meaning $hit, because that's what the dealer will give you for your car..lol The dealers ( as i gather here ) always lowball you like a mo-fo...
Looks cool, but I think a total waste of an engine. There is no offroading that necessitates ( even in dreams ) a Viper engine. A V8 can produce as much power and weigh less maybe...not worth it me.
LOL...say what you want man. I know Toby in person. He is actually a really cool guy. Really fun to go to shows with and I am sure an excellent / stand up person. While I myself can't afford his car, I would vouch for him.
