I am not familiar with the star pattern bolts as used for seatbelt anchors. Could someone give the torque specs when replacing the 5 point recalled seatbelts? (couldn't find a post in the archives dealing with this). Thanks.
An excerpt from the specs for the 1999 ACR:
"Deletions: Driving lamps (replaced with vents)"
I don't have any vents only "plugs". Anyone else ever have the vents on theirs?
When you say too "high" are you talking about the length the pedal travels? I ask because I find it a little hard to push the clutch in all the way. The other pedals are then situated too close when adjusted so that I can push the clutch in.
If this "Roe" conversion takes care of this minor...

Since mopar worded it better than I could, here is an excerpt from their performance parts site:

Here is somehthing funny from Mopar's performance site about the heads you are thinking about. Is Mopar is contradicting themselves? (see bold lettering).

Speaking of 5 point seatbelts, the one seen in the pictures appears to be of the "defective/recalled" type.
To me, the black rim look is awful on a black car along with the front fenders which are starting to look like billboards with all that lettering. "What kinda'car is that?" would illicit...
The Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act of 1975 protects you. You can add any legal parts to your car that you want. They have to be able to show that the damage/failure was caused by the part(s) installed on your car; otherwise they cannot refuse warranty work on what they "assume" or "think" may have...
Almost. After an eyeful (literally) My friend has learned not to stand by the front of the car when it's running. My '99 radiator fan kicks on like a hurricane. It will blow dust & dirt up onto my car almost anywhere I have to come to a stop. It is really irritating to wash the car and have...
Mobil 1 has proven itself over and over for at least 25 years. There was even a test where a motor was run for 1 million miles using Mobil 1 oil and did not show appreciable wear.
It is priced low at WalMart.
I had driven 20 miles and noticed a strong gas odor in my car. I pulled over and got out to look at where the smell was coming from and saw gasoline drenched on the side, back and bumper.
I knew right away what I had done. H-E-double hockey sticks, now I really felt stupid. Two cars had...
I have a '99 and it clunks when shifting into third right after letting out on the clutch pedal. Linkage? Same thing as your's? Or is this just normal clutch/linkage noise?
Here are some (claimed) spec's listed at one site for the 2002 NSX. 0-60 is much better than when the first model came out. I see nothing to worry about.

I just found out that there are only 16 vipers in Alaska. 7 are RT/10's and the other 9 (including my ACR) are GTS's. Now I know why I have only seen 1 in 9 years. I would have thought there was more, but these figures are from Viper Magazine.
I wonder if I will ever be comfortable with all...
Snake Bitten, perhaps I should have clarified that I used the anti-seize compound on a hummer motor.
Tom, F&L GoR, what a wiseguy . All I could find was the 1 lb. size for picture purposes. You can purchase it in the "tube".
