Dealerships will tell you anything in order to make a sale and that includes pissing on your back and telling you its raining. Be careful when dealing with them, epically the NY ones.

Called Unitrax today and they were a BIG help. Extremely nice and informative. I got a couple different dip switch sequences I am going to try. They told me I may have 3.45 gears. I will try the sequences out and report back.
