The new Alpine head unit does NOT have that feature. I did replace the it with a new Alpine 9815 I think and that feature was gone.
It seems to only work on Factory stereos.
P.S.: The plugs are not compatible at all. Also the stock unit does not have an amplifier, it uses the one in the...
Well you guys have talked me out of Water Wetter. Now, how about the "Zerex Racing Super Coolant"?

95Viper's thread about it...
The reason is that antifreeze actually messes up the water's ablility to absorb heat. If you use water alone you would theoretically lower the engine temperature by 50 degrees.
The purpose of Water Wetter is to add the anti corosion stuff back in. Plus here in South Florida it never even gets...
The whole purpose of Watter Wetter is to prevent corrosion and they carry it pretty much in all the stores. Are you really saying that it does not work at all. How did they become so popular?
Do you know of any place that sells the Zerex stuff?
Go with the "Synthetic Manual Transmission Lubricant 75W-85". It's about $70 at the dealer. I changed the fluid last month and it actually says on the transmission casing to use this stuff.
Just curions, why do you guys think the Vettes has better brakes? I have had both a Vette and a Viper and I think the Viper stops better. The Vette has two piston fronts and the Viper has four piston.
Now if you are talking about the OEM pads that come with the cars you may have something...
You are referring to the FedEx Saturday delivery. I've had people driving umarked vans delivering my stuff.
But the weekday FedEx is the regular employees. Plus if you miss the delivery you can go after 6 and pick it up at the delivery center. With UPS you have to call and MAYBE if the driver...
The problem with these SCCA schools is they never seem to come to South Florida.
The thing that's holding me back is the need to participate in two races a year to renew the license. I need to figure out how to do that before I spend the money for an SCCA regional license course.
Have you guys...
Chuck, if you like that then the best one has to be the Open Test Days at Moroso. I was there on Friday. Only about 4 cars at a time and you can run all day if you want.
Maybe close to 7 hours of track time.
Do you guys know of any places on the net that sell this stuff?
Mainly looking for something like Chuck has:

95Viper - I will check and let you know.
DG Viper - I also talked to them directly and they assured me that the Ford 3 prong would fit a Viper. I guess they did not realize the ABS vs non ABS reservoir changes.
N Charg - I had the same problems at the track. So I changed to Motul 600 then...
I agree with you. I have attended two NASA HPDE's (Moroso and Homestead) and one autocross. At the Homestead event I passed everybody in my group so I think I am ready for school.
My concern is if it's worth the money? I usually get an instructor with me at the track days. So how much better...
What do you guys think of this type of racing school? How much could they possibly teach you in 3 days?
Do you think it is worth $3500.00? It does seem the easiest way to get a competition license though.
Took my Pro RR to an Autocross this weekend. Really usefull for analyzing what you did wrong. I can easilly tell that I was around 80% of the car capabilities around most corners. Now I know exactly what to work on next time.
