10,000 miles. The transmission shifts hard when the engine is cold so I thought it might be the fluid.- Iceman

Transmission fluid change on a 02 GTS
Has anyone done this themselves? How hard was it? Any pitfalls that I should know about? Any recommendations on the replacement fluid?- Iceman

Ok, I found the pads ($209) but should I buy them for both the front and the back or just the front. Also, does anybody know how much brake fluid I need to completely flush the sytem and fill it with new fluid? I would like to upgrade to the Motul 600.- Iceman

No, it's a more serious clunk. And it definitely did not do it in the first year I've had the car. It only started happening in the last couple of months. But it does not happen in the morning. Thanks Chuck, I will start my battle with the local Dodge dealer probably next week. Down here in South Florida finding a QUALIFIED dealer seems to be a near impossibility. Do you really think is the inside of the transmission clunking. I was leaning more towards the transmission mount. Part...- Iceman
