    You open the gas cap, then close it tightly. Then start up the car.

    One is the MAP. Unusually high input sense. Have it checked out. The other is with the leak detection pump system. Could be anything in that system. I would have that checked out as well. Two unrelated problems.

    Try this, swap places with the O2 Sensors. If the error code shifts to the other side, then it is definitely the O2 sensor. If it stays on the same side, then you need to trouble shoot further.

    One thing you might try is have a friend with a obd scanner take a ride with you. Hook up the scanner then take it for a spin and compare what the PCM says to the gauge.

    The TPS is usually, but not always, the main culprit. You should always measure the WOT and IDLE (full open and close) voltages of the TPS when moving or replacing. They need to be aligned correctly.

    I would double check the high/low relay again and make sure that one is off and the other is on during low speed, and vice versa. If the high/low relay is shot, it could be powering both the high lead and the low lead at the same time. That might mess with the fan.

    What was your setup when you applied 12 volts and where did you apply it to? Your voltages sound too high, where did you mount your probe ground? It sounds like you are getting power to where it's suppose to be, but you may have a bad ground. May want to check continuity on ground.
