    Try using a bike storage lift. It has two pulleys that attach to the ceiling and uses a nylon cord to raise and lower the top. Cost $10-$50. You can leave it suspended close to the ceiling for storage.

    If you do a burnout and leave two tire patches the same length it is not the clutch pack. The pack may have some wear which creates excessive backlash between the spider gears and the side gears. People re-shim the clutch pack to return to the proper backlash if the pack is not excessively worn.

    Yes they will work. They were designed for the Corvette housing. If I remember correctly the pinion pre-load is set with a shim pack rather than a crush collar like the Viper gear. Noise might be an issue. (hit or miss) I worked there for 14 years.
