Aren't the 96-97's notorious for bucking & surging, especially at low speeds ??? Do some research on past threads concerning the proper adjustment of your throttle plates. Man my car runs great on cold days!
My cra runs completely different on sub 50 degree days also. I think it's a combination of factors including the most obvious, dry oxygen dense air makes great HP, also the road surface is cold, and often the tires are also cold which add to the illusion of more power by providing poor traction...- 01sapphireGTS

ab: If I lived closer to KY, I would help ya plumb the car, I love to plumb w/ AN. There is a quality difference between brands. I hope you didn't go down to an el-cheapo. After breaking some fittings with mismatched series of hose, and crappy hose braiding you won't be happy.- 01sapphireGTS

I probably bought mine due to a mid-life crisis. I love it. Take a nice test drive and really try to soak it in before purchasing. There is no more markup in AN fittings & hose than any other category of car parts. $400 for your system is pretty reasonable. The trick is to have a manufacturers catalog in hand when ordering, only after drawing out your entire system while checking the car at every turn to see what exact...- 01sapphireGTS

Went for a cruise with an F40, GTO, Lotus, etc. (pics)...
Although it is very similar to a normal 308, I think the Ferrari GTO is a GREAT body style. Kinda like the BMW M1, you just don't see them around at all. Wish I could be part of a cruise like that ! ! ! Please post all the pics you can...- 01sapphireGTS

Titanium exhaust anyone?
Someone I met last week had a complete cat-back made out of tig welded titanium for his late model M3. It is only available directly from Japan, no US distributors. A fan will pull air from the path of least resistance. A fan that is not properly "shrouded" will pull from around it's own edges, on the engine side of the radiator.
