You have another problem, not related to the tuning that needs to be resolved first. Don't mind helping you with that if you PM me.
Once resolved, I have calibrations for that combination, as well as others who visit this site.
HP is limited, SCT or proprietary platforms are better. The JTEC was not designed for boosted applications but can be adapted.
For a normally aspirated non motorsport application its a great engine controller and can support most speed density modifications.
Do a visual check of the intake gaskets and see if they are deformed. Put a scanner on the car and check your idle motor steps, if they are close to zero, you could have a
vacuum leak. Look at your TPS voltage at idle and make sure its under 1 .95v (usually about .78) and back to the same...
Those sills get hot, but you have an issue on that side. Either the fueling is off or there is a misfire that you cannot detect. You need to look at the
fuel trims on that side of the motor with a scanner.
I always run 3/4 to 1 inch Rake (Rear Higher)
Full Tank / Driver weight in the left seat
Ride height measured from the centerline of the lower control arm on the bottom of the frame to the ground.
Front 4.25 inches
Rear 4.65 inches
