It is vacuum controlled for the vent flapper. The line goes through the firewall. Search the forum here lots of information about it.
Your fan you need to check voltage inputs to it.
The fuel pump will not solve that. Just cycle the key to build up pressure in the line. Turn to run position and listen for the pump to RUN for a few seconds. Turn to OFF position for a few seconds then RUN again, listen for the pump, then start car.
That's if you don't have a leaky...
One thing to inform people is to specify the year of the Viper.
I put in 'Window wiring', nothing came up. Was vague on purpose. Did the same with 'Fuel pump wiring circuit' and it came up with 97, 98 and 2005 pages and info.
Was disappointed when I asked if the Viper was a puzzy magnet...
The fuel pump delivery modules are PWM (i.e. pulse width modulation) to not require the use of a return fuel line.
You can use larger gauge wire (i.e. smaller wire) for high current as it is not continuously at 12V but pulsing.
