    Did you leave the spark plugs in place during the header install? You could have accidentally cracked a plug when you were fishing the headers in place, but that's just a guess. Given how cheap new plugs are and how relatively easily they can be accessed, it might be worth just replacing them...

    Gutted cats will significantly reduce exhaust temps...as long as you can stand the smell and live in a place where you can get away with it, it is probably the best option for keeping exhaust temps in check.

    I've not had that happen to mine, but the e-brake mechanism is pretty easy to access at each end with limited disassembly required. Pick one end or the other and start there...if it feels like the handle, start inside; if it feels like the cables, start at the rear brakes and work your way forward.

    I bought one after my last Viper coolant swap...would have helped tremendously to keep from making the mess I did. Ended up using it on one of the daily drivers, and it worked great. I will definitely be using it the next time I swap coolant on the Viper.
