Wow, this car is the best ticket magnet!

Which radar detector?
I've seen the Valentine 1 mentioned here several times. Is it the best, or is the Escort 8500 competitive? Any suggestions of which one I should get, including other models that I haven't mentioned? Thanks.- Dave_F

Horrible Dyno Test
This morning, with 600+ miles on my 2003, I made a trip to one of Viper shops here in Houston. My car is part of the valve recall, and the results showed.
