Hello Mr. acrdakota, Do not quite know how to talk "chit". However my understanding is that the radical can be bought in a street legal trim in the UK but not in the US. You can import any thing in the US, however the Radical can only be used as a track car in the US. Maybe you can elaborate...- P550racer
