Took the 2001 out for her first ever 1/4 mile passes!
Mike, Saw you the other day at Cars & Coffee. Car looks great! My '01 RT ran 12.2X at 117.XX at Speedworld a couple of years ago. I think I trapped 118 on a slightly slower pass. I had to launch it just under 2000 rpm to keep it from spinning. If you have some tires that will hold this thing...- 01 RT SNAKE

2001 RT/10 value
Compared to most of the garage queens. Let's see, 10 years old if purchased in 2001 with 57k = 5700 a year. Not terrible but probably 3000 miles more a year than most people put on their cars here (including me). Doesn't seem too bad of a price.- 01 RT SNAKE

Another tire question....
Andrew, I have PS2's on my RT/10 and love them. I changed them out after almost losing the car on a 1-2 shift on the original PS1's back in 2006. If you want to go for a ride in mine to see if you can live with them, let me know. We basically have the same car. ps - I know you say you won't...- 01 RT SNAKE

Drive to Payson
Had a great drive up to Payson this weekend with the guys from Scuderia Southwest. Met up in Fountain Hills and took the 87 up. Stopped for lunch and came back to Phoenix via the 260 to the 17. Beautiful weather and beautiful cars!- 01 RT SNAKE
