    Very please with Gas Mileage

    I bought mine in California and drove home to Washington the next day. My best was from Weed CA all the way through Oregon to Vancouver WA in one tank. It came out to just over 26 mpg. Compared to my other vehicles (Lightning & Wrangler), this makes the Viper my economy car.

    Don't leave your dash lights dimmed just slightly. Either drive with them full on or 50% or more dimmed. It's when they are just slightly dim that the most current passes through the switch and it overheats. This is a problem with all switches that have resistor dimmers, just some are better...

    You're not alone. It's been on my list since I got it to rip the dash out and figure out why I can't get any hot air out the vents. I never would have guessed it was made that way.

    Yep, I also have the "viper" calipers and gas door notch in the body. So I guess it's considered an early '93, which sounds much better than saying it's a leftover '92. #142 according to the VIN.
