    Is there going to be a constant supply if the car is on, and then the relay closes to turn on the fan when it is called for? Or do I have to get it to operating temp for positive to be on?

    You are correct, I am wrong about the 20%, I read it wrong. Even at that I have a 96rt/10 and with 415hp stock. I have a vec2, cat delete, K&N filters, plugs/ wires and I no way think that it has 500HP. I have driven a SRT with 500HP and it is WAY different and more get up and go.

    You can buy padded 1" diameter j hooks at Home Depot for about $5 a piece. I bought these and screwed them to the wall and my top sits right on the padding and the top of it leans against the wall works great!
