    New Viper owner

Hey Lane, yes, mine (after 9 years) will be heading down 85 to South Carolina next week. (I'll she'd a tear or two when the time actually comes). On a side note, my rad started leaking (not from hoses, etc but the body itself). Decided to take care of cooling issues also and had it completely...

    Wanted!: Dodge Viper GTS 1996

Hi Mike, I have a '97 GTS (basically the same as a '96) blue with white stripes for sale in Charlotte, NC. Its listed on Craigslist and cargurus. There are also links for 2 videos I've made of it. Not a perfect car but very nice. Upgraded: exhaust (3" stainless B&B), radiator, bushings, end...

Service Engine Soon lite NOT illuminating

No codes, I've checked fuses but I'll recheck. I'm wondering if the previous owner did something so the SES lite would never come on; I think I may need to run a wire and tie it in since its wierd that no wire exists for the SES from behind the dash.

    Losing fuel pressure

Thanks bluesrt and Wiz. The car is awesome- cockpit gets a tad hot at times. I've also found out that my Viper Tech Manual has a LOT of errors in it; like saying the fuel system will maintain pressure even when the car is off. I'm having a heck of a time removing the fuel filter with those...

    Losing fuel pressure

Fuel filter being changed today; I waited about an hour to attempt to depressurize; I now know that the fuel system will depressurize on its own when off. Where would the check valve be? Do I connect a gauge through the SChrader valve? Also, I'm going to change the stock thermostat. Should I...

    Losing fuel pressure

Finally got my dream car about 2 months ago--woohooo; '97 gts blue w/ white stripes and I love working on it. Guy I bought it from didn't take too good of care of it and certainly didn't do any preventative maintenance. I've done new wheels, plugs, wires, O2 sensors, hub (not sure how he broke a...
