    stabilizer link

The boots on mine were busted pretty bad. At $15.00 I figure I might as well replace them.

    stabilizer link

That was my thought with Moog, they are a name brand but with the links from Moog priced at $15.00 and not the $125 + for direct dodge replacements.

    stabilizer link

Hello, Just wondering if anyone has dealt with these rear stabilizer links from Moog? It says it is a direct replacement for the Viper part# 4848-110. The only thing is they are priced at $15.00 each. I know they usually go for $125+ so not sure the quality of these. Thanks Dave

Left rear hub area makes a distinct "clink" under torque application

Great, thanks for the tip. Easy enough to do the bearing swap so I might just try that. I did pull that bearing off and it did have the usual rust on it but didn't notice any bad wear.

Left rear hub area makes a distinct "clink" under torque application

Hello, I know this is an old thread but just wanted to ask anyway. So there is a clicking noise only on the passenger rear when I back out or pull forward and turn right. It doesn't always happen but sometimes it is really load. With that all being said I was going to check the torque on the...

Making Custom Gauge Faces, Opinions would be great

Wow, great job on the gauges. Wonder if you could take some of the stage lighting films as one of the layers if that would make the color stand out. Something like the black face with with markings in white as one layer and the blue filter behind it. That way during the day the markings would...

Oh no, my GTS is ugly!

This is a funny topic, reminds me when I was at a gas station in downtown Honolulu when some idiot hangs out the window of a car and screamed out "Dodge Vipers suck" but when I looked up the idiot was hanging out the back window of a Dodge Durango, really the fool wasn't even driving but the...

    issues removing power steering pulley...

That is what happened to me. The only thing that worked is what everyone else is saying. Just ended up breaking off the rest of the pulley with a rubber mallet and took the dremel to it. What I did was cut three different cuts into the hub being careful not to go into the shaft. It took awhile...

1996 Viper Electrical Help - Please

Hey, Just wondering how long you have had your viper and how long this has been a problem. Is there an aftermarket alarm or anything installed that might have caused a problem. Otherwise there could be corrosion or the wiring rubbing somewhere. Just a few thoughts Later Dave

    Oil Pressure

Hey, Sorry should have included the year huh.. she is a 2000 GTS with just about 24k miles. I got the car a month before I went on deployment and just got back 1 week ago. During that time I have spent most of it installing a full Belanger exhaust, oil, rear end and transmission fluids...

    Oil Pressure

Hello, Just wondering if running at 60 psi/lbs during all conditions from idle to driving at 2000 to 3000 rpm's is normal. I know while driving my other vehicles that the oil pressure will go down after the oil warms up and then will go up while driving, but the Viper seems to stay at 60 if I...

Well my drivers side did both, guide broke and the cable became tangled inside the motor housing. I ended up taking some small aluminium angle and made the backside of the guide. The cable was really chewed up so I went to the Bike Shop and got some brake cable and made some new cables. Would be...
