.. nor once 2014's start hitting the forecourts for stock.
The 2013's will drop a tad more. Makes sense to shift them now while the can. Especially with winter approaching.
Seeing as most sales are GTS, why would they want to sell the SRT for less margin?
Im not sure I like all the extra weight in the GTS though.
I hope they dont drop the SRT totally.
GM LSA vs LS7 the LSA Supercharged is cheaper, and more powerful.
But I take your point about heat and throttle lag, though the PD helps with lag.
Not much lag with the eaton PD's

CTS-v, Camaro etc use this setup to address wheelhop.
Be interested if anyone here has done it and if its helped?

If a simple mod can unlock a decent whack of power then there will be much fun to be had.
The McLaren 12C is a RWD car with no LSD.. But all manner of fancy gimmickry. The 7 speed dual clutch trans and an 8500 redline help.
Id wager the viper would hit 10's easy if it could rev another 2000rpm and shift near instantly. Thats the difference.
I read the C7 handles AFM by adding weight to the drivetrain and torque tubes which are steel instead of alloy. I think this added quite a bit of weight.
No hopefully the Z06 does away with all this and hits the 3000lb mark with closer to 600bhp. Add in the tuneable ECU and the Viper is toast.
Quick question. I know the SRT has a manual adjustment and the GTS is electric.
But what I have never been able to confirm was the total adjustment available to the SRT.
Can anyone confirm that the SRT is able to adjust height to the same limit at the GTS?
Im after every last fraction...
