    It's been a long while, still no offer from insurance, Haven't heard from them since last Tuesday, at which time they had me fax a copy of the title. Does it typically take this long?

    They are supposed to be looking at it later today. Not sure what you mean by just replacing what I lost. I don't have a loan on the vehicle, so gap insurance won't save me or anything. So I'm worried about taking a loss here.

    You can get a basic kit at advanced auto for under 10 dollars. Which will have everything you need, you could even take a can of fix a flat for a last resort type thing. I always use a pair of side cutters to remove the item. A bottle of soapy water to locate it.

    Dealerships in this area flag ads all day if they have a car similar to it. I emailed him, was told me it has 19k miles, He bought it from original owner with 15k miles 3 years ago.

    I have 4 cars, Viper made a good daily driver, didn't drive it when it wasn't dry an clear out. I don't have a job, I don't have a place I have to worry about leaving it parked while I'm at work or something. So for a daily it suited my needs just fine.

    Your trying to pick stuff apart, at time of accident I had phone in my right jacket pocket. Soon as I got air bag out of my face I was trying to find my phone. Are you trying to imply I was using it at time of accident?

    Top was up, phone was in my pocket, A guy found it, called my phone and walking around the grass, I was in the destroyed car looking, wanted to let my family know what happened and that I was okay. Only thing that was loose in car was 32 oz Gatorade which ended up in passenger floor board.

    Idk how I messed that post up, I got the car January first, was my daily driver, replacing Z06 Corvette. I have 650hp turbo Mustang an Pt88 turbo Camaro. But the viper drives nothing like them. So not really a comparison. When a deer runs out and you have low visibility, anything can happen.

    Not sure, I just got the car two weeks ago, I didn't look at code date, but they were soft an worked decent. Tires I want are on back order.

    While I am new to Vipers, I put on 2.5k miles or so since I got it Jan 1st this year.

    It is like a capsule the way it stayed intact, It was 3 miles north of Troy, MO. Has Michelin pilot sport tires. Struck the wall going down hill in ditch and it tore the car to shreds.

    Not saltly and has been 70 degrees or so last few days, really nice top down weather.

    I'm very impressed with how the car protected me the driver, the entire front end crumpled up, the bumper was gone, front part of car is the engine, the shifter seemed to come apart at impact, so the engine had to of shifted, the frame is bent upward.
