    I can buy a "nice" Viper or Z06 or S60R like I have but there always seems to be something or multiple things that need to be fixed. Assuming that would happen with a 97' ANYTHING I wouldn't want to have a hard time finding parts. Especially if its new to me and I just wanna drive it. Obviously...

    Yes, thats true, thank you AZ. The salesman called the consignor and that is what he was told. I know that ultimately the best thing would be to get one from a forum member. This one would be so easy though. With that kind of price, the possibilties are endless!

    The damage was fixed, it just showed up on the Carfax. I have read on this forum that the way you shut the hood makes a differance in that gap at the headlight and bumper. I'm guessing the guys at the that dealership don't know how to correctly.

    Just curious, seems like a good deal. Carfax does report an accident. The salesman told me the car hit a mailbox, the driver didn't want to pay out of pocket to fix it and was told the incident wouold not be reported to Carfax...

    I know, this car looks awesome, makes me think that maybe I should look into a gen 1. Got a question though, that hood and bumper have quite the gap between them next to the headlight there. Whats up with the fit? :confused:

    I haven't had the privilege of driving a Viper yet but I can not stop thinking about them. I have a C5Z now and love that I can take it on 4 or 6 hour trips with no discomfort.     Ah man I have a C5 Z and lately after I saw Viper prices I can NOT STOP THINKING about them! My vette is awesome but a Viper is what you dream about. I need to pay this Z off and get an SRT10 coupe. Red. I can't help but wonder about the GTS though....
