As some know, I bought a 99 Silver and Blue stripe GTS with 7400 miles from these guys. The entire process was perfect and was the best car buying experience with any of the 30+ cars that I have had over the last 10 years.
I had a Blemish 1' x 2' on the Roof which is very difficult to see under florecent lighting, however it was noticible once I had the car out in the sun. I sent them 4 pictures of the area in question, in the meantime they wanted me to get an estimate for the repair. I recived an estimate of almost 400.00 to repaint the roof and blend it into the panel from a 5 star Dodge paint and body shop who has an awesome reputation. I sent Nathan the estimate about 1 hour ago
15 minutes later Nathan responded, no questions asked, no haggeling, etc. They asked where they could send the check as they want me to be 100% satisifed with my car and my expereince with them. Keep in mind this is a used car w/ no waranty. Secondly, The car did not come with mats, as it was pictued on line. I just asked Nathan about them, thinking at minimum they were maybe just used in the pictures, Not a big deal. Again, with no questions asked, Nathan ordered a brand new set in the box, I had them 3 days later. I can't say enough about thse guys!
IF anyone is in the market for a new or used Viper, new ford GT, etc, Please give them a chance, they will take care of you!
I just wish I could have met them in person!
