This event is our annual family event so bring the kids! We’ve reserved the entire facility for our Club. The facility features an outdoor 50 meter pool with a trampoline in the middle…the kids will love it . Life Guards will be on duty the entire day.

Food will be served from 3:00 – 5:00 p.m.
Showers/Locker rooms: Yes.
Asphalt parking lots: Yes.
Picnic tables and chairs: Yes.

The Viper Club is providing the following:
• Sausage, Chicken, Pulled Pork, Ribs and Brisket
• Soda, Tea, & Water
• Paper Goods & Flat ware
• BBQ Sauce

• This event is B.Y.O.B. and all adult beverages MUST be in solo cups. No glass is allowed.

Things to bring:
Sunscreen and Towels
Your special dish that serves 15 - 20 people – please let us know what you’re bringing when you RSVP.

It's almost time to buy and prepare the meat for this Sunday's event but so far we only have a few RSVPs so please let Jamie know your are coming no later than tomorrow!

Remember it's not as hot as last year and the pool water comes directly from a well which is currently about 80 degrees!!

We apologize for any inconvenience but we have to cancel this Sunday's event since we received a very small number of RSVPs so it will be rescheduled at a later time when it is cooler and folks might not be so busy with vacations etc.
