I changed oil at 250 miles (no problems). Been driving at 2500rpm max for first 200 miles. 3000rpm for the next 200 miles, and am now gently going to 4000rpn through the current 200 miles. I do not do WOT to edge up the rpm's.
When should I start getting more aggressive and going to judicious use of WOT. Is 1,000 miles enough to do the next oil change and then start driving normally?
I have been very cautious in increasing the revs, and I do vary my speed and gear ranges. Opinions?
