Is it getting a spark? Take off a plug wire, stick a screwdriver in it, crank the engine and see if it sparks from the screwdriver to ground.
With the alarm kill activated the pump should still prime and the engine run for 3-5 seconds then die. If it don't run at all I don't think it has anything to do with the alarm.
