Been a Viper owner for over 30 years and I now need help. I need help sourcing Mopar # 05264924AB a/c discharge line (high pressure line) that runs from the compressor to the condenser. Would like a NOS part but would consider a used one. Also, does anyone out there have any experience or advice about changing this line. I've heard you have to remove the hood and front fascia and it's still a challenge. HELP!

I have found a solution to this problem. Even after removing the hood and front facia you still can't remove the line on a Gen 2 w/ABS, as the lines for the ABS are parked right on top of the a/c discharge line. You would have to remove the ABS module and all the lines connected to it. I found a tech who could replace the hose (with full size hose, not the factory reduced hose) and the compression fittings all while on the car. At least 5 other people looked at the problem and just shook their heads. This tech saw it as a challenge and did it all on the car. If interested in this service PM me and I will give you his phone number (located in central Michigan).
