I'm looking for a good abbreviation for Torque for a vanity license plate. I have thought of three so far, but they aren't easy to figure out. Anyone have suggestions?

Mr. Newton! You don´t remember...?
The man with the apple ... falling ...
Where have you been in the physics lessons?
When Newton saw an apple fall, he found
In that slight startle from his contemplation --
'Tis said (for I'll not answer above ground
For any sage's creed or calculation) --
A mode of proving that the earth turn'd round
In a most natural whirl, called "gravitation;"
And this is the sole mortal who could grapple,
Since Adam, with a fall or with an apple.
Even the U.S. joined the international agreement in 1972 to use SI units only in the future...
Nm = Newton meter (abbrev. for the torque in the one and only SI unit)
"Scientifically, it provides ease when dealing with very large and small quantities because it lines up so well with the decimal numeral system."
P.S.: I am an engineer too![]()
~juliI know this will probably exile me from the community, but I can't stand vanity license plates. 99.99% (no hyperbole) of them might as well say MEGAGAY because that's exactly what they are.
Could you not have kept that opinion to yourself, especially since you feel you would be exiled (NOOO you would not, you ARE entitled to opinions!!)...but that doesn't smack of good-will towards others who are talking about what they want on their plates...it makes one wonder why you'd possibly write that? ~juliWell, ya know, round these parts when someone bops on up with a box of them there Fig Newton Meters, we shoot 'em. Damn Commies. If it ain't a 'Nilla Wafer with somepuddin' we shoot your butt to the next county.
