No that tube is ductwork leading directly to the fan to assist in cooling the top of the engine.with the fan on you would not believe how much air it moves

Yes on the Fluidyne question as we are utilizing the core support and the aluminum cross bar for mounting,there is plenty of room around the radiator,I have a 4 core radiator in mine with no problems,now that the prototype is finished we will need about two weeks to build an inventory.I am working on pricing with a local fabricating plant on a large quanity of stainless to keep off the dreaded "Viper Tax"will have #s in a couple of days.....Scott .....And by the way the ugly black hose going to the IAC valve has been replaced with braided.(have to keep my poser image :D )
