All Dressed Up and No Place to Go at the V10 Nationals. . .

I had to pick my car up in Nashville and thought I would swing up by Bowling Green and at least enter the car show (just had the blower installed so racing didn't seem smart just yet), but it was not to be. The rain Friday pushed everything back, and the car show was a no show. But I still had a great time and got to see some really fast Snakes, plus meet a few guys I've only talked to on the phone or over the net. Kudos to Dr. Roof et al. for putting the V10 Nationals together. And here's a preview for a show sometime soon:

It looks like all the other Viper owners knew you were coming and did a rain dance just so you wouldn't embarass them in the car show. Great, great, great looking car, especially with that Roe chrome engine!

Oh Baby that engine looks GREAT! I guess I've got to start thinking SC now. I was holding off since I'm running Autocross and want to track and I've been advised a SC might build up too much heat...but looking at all that bright work...well time to reconsider! Beautiful!

I wish I had known you were at the V10 Nationals, would have liked to met the guy on the other end of our phone conversations. Hope we meet up sometime soon! BTW, your car is beautiful!

Paul, I know TonyA has kicked some butt autocrossing with his Roe setup, and I don't think he's had any overheating problems.

Brian, I'll try to call you tomorrow; I want to hear a status report on your car.

Larry, if I'd known you were there I definitely would have looked hard for you; I would have enjoyed putting a face with a name as well. Oddly enough, the only tuner I met was [the person who cannot be named on this board]. And I will say the car he brought was definitely fast. Hopefully we can hook up at an event down your way or something.
