Ive just received some Aluminum replacement pulleys for my Gen2 GTS

I have a new aluminum replacement pulley for the Alternator and a replacement pulley for the Belt tensioner, but I do not have any instructions on how to fit them!

Any ideas how to remove the the pulley from the front of the alternator and how to re-tighten the nut without damaging the alternator casings? What would be the recommended torque setting?

Same thing for the Belt tensioner,

Ive looked through the How Tos but theres nothing there on these pulleys.

I dont want to break anything.
Thanks Mark

OK to release the Alternator nut I used a 12 volt impact gun, I left the belt in position to help hold the pulley and reversed the impact gun and the nut span right off :) I then released the tension on the belt and fitted the new pulley, I used some loctite on the nut and nipped it up then replaced the belt and using the impact wrench cranked it up.

Then released the belt again and replaced the belt tensioner pulley, the pulley comes with a new stainless 12 point bolt. I did not have to use the impact wrench for this job and tightened the bolt with the socket set, again I used a bit of loctite on the thread.
Job done, replaced the belt to correct position :)
Just got to change the power steering pulley now :)

Theres nothing in the manual for changing out these pulleys so I hope this helpes someone :)
