I would really like one to display in my garage. I have looked nearly everywhere, but can't find any. Perhaps you guys/gals can help me out. Thanks :2tu:

You should PM Dennis.
He has already built a lot of custom models and he's very good at it.
I hope this helps!

it varies, if you do stripes just like the real cars they look too narrow so I make them a bit wider and more agressive looking.

Very nice work in the above pictures. I see you already have a red and white stripe GTS.........how much? ;)

Also, what model year wheels does it have? Nearly all of the GEN II GTS Viper models I have seen have the older 17 inch style wheel instead of the new 18 inch dish wheel.

Nice work. EVen though I have a Final Edition I have contemplated painting it black with white stripes like those two models you have done. Such a stunning combination. Makes you really wonder why Chrysler did not offer this combo.

I've done everything to try and find the correct 18" salad bowl wheels and they can't be found. I have tried to make them, that didn't happen then I tried to get MGW to make them and that didn't fly either so unfortunately the only comprimise is the 17" 5 spoke wheel, it's a shame because I think the 18" is the best looking stock wheel Dodge offered.

That red/white GTS has since been torn apart and used for parts to make the GEN 2 RT/10's. To make them I need a GTS and a gen 1 RT/10 and then I swap the fascias/hoods and use the GTS roof to make a hardtop.

CGmaster,

Yep ACR's aren't a problem at all, I have the correct wheels.

Craig how much a top for a RT/10? I have a RT/10 I'm making pro street but I need a top.

Unfortunately I don't sell the tops separately as they go with each GEN2 RT/10 i sell. One could probably be made by using some thin aluminum and a hammer to shape it over the roof of a GTS.

Damn Craig, that's some nice work!! I have a few questions: Are those 1:18 or 1:24 scale, what brand of models are they, and what do you do with all the smooth hoods from the R/T's? :p

1:18 scale burago or maisto cars. The gen 2 RT's are all burago cars with burago GTS parts.

I have more RT/10 hoods than I know what to do with! I am going to use them for experimenting with painting methods or cutting vents in etc... I should take a pic of all my "scraps" that are leftover!

At the moment I'm working on 2 Final Edition Vipers.

Based on Bburago models and including EVERY detail you want.
Not only repainting in the original FE Viper red.

Interior is completely reworked into a GEN II. Dashboard, shifter and even the "***/360" dash-plaque.
Leather seats, carpet and if you have them... Floormats.

Engine and the whole bay are completely rebuild, repainted to match the original GEN II looks.

Compare to your Bburago cars...

incl. everything like seen on the FE interior above and the new rims 190 €uro, which translates to 247.95 US Dollar at the moment. + shipping.

Model will be 100% custom made. You get your license plates, mods like smooth tubes, new exhaust, with or without muffler, new brakes, interior mods and so on...

...including specially requested alternator relocation compared to dennis' standard location (you gotta love his reaction when I basically told him to rip almost the entire engine apart again :D ), added tacho and speedo area of the dash, and a lot of bashing about the first set of rims that were delivered to him ;) :p :D :headbang:

But you gotta say that no one else would have ripped a whole motor apart just to relocate an alternator. ;)

Not to mention the whole exhaust system for a muffler... ;)

Dennis,

Where are you getting the wheels from? While not a perfect match, they are pretty close to the 18 inch Gen II wheels.

Custom made.
Only 5 sets exist.

That's the closest you can get at the moment.
