anyone remember that thread about terms & conditions for selling a GTS?

I recall a great thread on this board where someone had the "BEST" terms and condiitons for selling a car..it had clauses about that fact that you can't just come bye and test drive it and clauses about having a dealer check the car and who pays for it...and many others.
