Bottom line is this; I raced an 04 ZO6 two weeks ago. He jumped me at the line 1/2 car b/c of my naive spinning from launch. When I hit second I passed him like he was in reverse. Admittedly, I am not stock. I have about 580 hp at the flywheel...but I still dont think the 04 ZO6 is a match for any Gen 3 Viper. I had the guy by about 4 car lengths before he simply gave up. Let the mags write about that!

Was the Vette pumped up also ? I'd hate to see a modded Viper beat by a stock Vette !!
