AutoX vid from Sat

Went out and did my first AutoX on Sat with a couple of buddies from work. It was a bigger/longer course but still not really big enough for the Viper. I didn't really like it to much and will be sticking to road courses. Not enough speed or seat time for me.

Pretty cool use of different areas of a parking lot. Hard to tell from 14 inches off the ground, but it looked like there was quite a few areas where, if you were hammering it, you might wind up skidding into/over a traffic island.

Thanks for the vid. Fun to see a course as if you had whels on your chin!

lol, it's my foglight mount. I love the angle. It was actually set up pretty safe IMO. All turns were set going away from light poles and the speed was pretty low around the islands.

I'm not too good at it. Might get in a fast pass but tend to get lost. Too used to a real road course and the parking lots lack definition. Looking too far away and not thinking the cones define a corner.Fun anyway if the wait isn't too long between runs. GTS Bruce
