Use a regular battery charger to charge the battery back up - you can hook it up to the posts under the hood on the driver side (the red plug) and attach the ground to anything grounded - like the grounding nut on the side sill.
Then, go get yourself a battery tender. I have the one they sell at WalMart in the battery section. I mounted this to my car permanently and I plug it into an extension cord whenever I know I won't be driving the snake for more than a week or so - and your battery won't die anymore and will always be ready for a run!
Running the battery to 0 is not good for it, but if it charges back up Ok, then you're allright. If it doesn't hold a charge, you may need a new one.
