Our New Address is :

BJ Motors
1543 River Road West
Crozier, Virginia 23039

20 Miles West of Richmond

For those of you in the Virginia area or further North or South several changes are coming to BJ Motors. 1st I have bought my partner out and I am flying solo with a new location and will be incorporating a Peformance Area for thos of you who miss Jason in Maryland. The move has been extremely tough being that the building has been vacant since 1970's and was originally a Chevrolet Dealership, major renovations and many more to come. The place is very very cool especially since I have moved the Vipers over to the back shop area and am now going to diversify with muscle cars and motorcycles. The new location is located in a town where you take a breath and you have driven through it! Please call me or come by and say Hi! I am working on several lines of t-shirts and hats and have a new area on our web page for consigning your Vipers or other muscle cars or bikes. After being in the corporate world I am now taking a stab at making my passion a reality. It would be great having the support from all of the members here who know me and those who don't, I love what I am doing now and hope to see or speak with all of you at some point about your cars whether to buy one form me or sell one to me.

Good Luck and congrats Bernie. I miss the speed shop business I had when I was living in NY and often think about doing it again. You are going to love it.
Glad to see you got a place to show and work on all of your toys. Damn, I'm jealous. For those of you that have never visited Bernie and had a chance to see his collection of Vipers, it's worth the trip.

Best Of Luck Pal

Another Congrats Bernie! I had been thinking about doing some performance mods but all the shops were so far away so this is great news! I'll have to stop by sometime.
P.S. If you get any 06 coupes, let me know. I'm tempted to trade for one:)

That is actually a great idea, and knowing how Bernie has supported the club in the past I bet he would be up for it. :headbang:

Hey guys thanks for the support. Speaking of Barbecue I have hired a company and a smoker to be stationed out front of the shop and has the best bbq around. I am planning on a grand opening and will have t-shirts and hats available. Check back in the next couple of weeks for the new line of custom bikes and the muscle cars we are displaying for consignment. Joe I am working on setting up a meeting with Tim who would be perfect for what I want to do! I also have a couple other sub contractors who handle all of our striping when needed,Best detailer and I wouold never ever let someone I didn't trust to detail my ride, but he is awesome, 3m clear, Window Tint, bra and bolt on mods. I have been so overwhelmed with the renovations I have lost track of selling the cars. I am so excited to have the snake house where all are welcome. I have about three more weeks of renovating and it is off to the races I go! Thanks Guys for the support and I mean that from the bottom of my heart. Call Me! Joe come by and visit there is a in ground lift easy for Vipers and will be two other lifts once I can get them moved.

Any Viper Tuners wanting to move to Virginia I would love to have the opportunity to talk. Call Me, Call Me!!!!!!!!

Agentf1, I purchased my 97 from Bernie. Very cool guy for starters. I was 23 when I came to look at the cars and most people would probably blow off someone that young with these kind of cars but not Bernie. The two main reasons why you should by from Bernie and why I did: One, as you can see from his inventory, the cars he sells are top notch quality. Two, he knows about Vipers, made me feel EXTREMELY comfortable that I was buying from someone who knows all about them.
P.S., let him take you out for a spin in one, he can drive! I knew I had to have one after riding along with him:) Thats just my 2 cents

Well I can honestly say that Bernie is probably the most honest, straight forward, stand up vendor I've met on here. Although we have never met in person, we have spoke numerous times over the years and have become friends. He's always quick to help, and his cars are TOP NOTCH. He even let me list my Noble on his site in a effort to help me get out of it. Thanks again dude. Our timing has never been right...that's the only reason I haven't bought from him....that and I'm always flipped pretty bad in my trade!!!! He's a great guy and I would reccommend him anyday. :2tu:

I've had a couple dealings with Bernie, it's been perfect each time.

I would NOT hesitate to purchase a car from Bernie. It will be exactly what he describes it as, and he ONLY deals with very clean low mile cars.

:2tu: again to Bernie!

Joe the best time for eaten BBQ is in the fall. I'm only a couple weeks from my opening not Grand but quiet opening and it would be nice to have the Viper Boys and Gals pop by for a BBQ or maybe just a free t-shirt. By the way Joe your hands work, lot's of painting, nailing hammering left to do!

Bernie! Where is this new place? Goochland county or further west? I looked at some land myself in Goochland county many years ago. I will be in Glen Allen tomorrow (Tuesday) or possibly Wednesday. I'd love to come by and check out the new home. I might even have my snake out. Let me know if that's okay and I'll stop by. Also, you need any free help fixing it up give me a PM. As long as I have the time you got the help. Good luck!

Yes, it's in Goochland, actually River Road is Rt 6 / Patterson Ave

It is just East of the Dept of Corrections James River Complex.

From the North you can go 95S to 295W (to Charlottesville / 64W)
Get onto 64W (to Charlottesville)
To 288 South
Get off at Patterson Ave / Rt 6 WEST exit

It will be on the left just after the speed drops from 55 to 45, just past a convenience store

Or if you like country roads you can catch 522 up north and take it to Rt 6 but head East on 6

I will be around all week, feel free to call me the new number is 1-804-784-7208 or mobile 1-804-347-1808.

Just got back from Bernie's new place

He's planning a grand opening shindig with a BBQ.......we'll call it
"Weekend At Bernie's" LOL!

He should be posting the date soon.

This is a great halfway point between the Northern VA guys and the guys at the Beach in the VCA VA/MD Region

Hopefully Bernie will host some Viper get togethers in the future. This area (Rt 6, Rt522) offer up some beautiful spring and fall foilage.

When you look at this old auto dealership and walk through the building you you are taken aback to the 50's and 60's.
I only recall a Chevy dealer there back in the day but Bernie did some research and found that it was actually a DODGE dealership first!
He has been rummaging around and found all sorts of "old timey" stuff.
I took a trip up to the attic and found a stach of old old old car parts (run of the mill 50's Chevy stuff).

Anyway it was good to visit with Bernie, he was busy, meeting with contractors, etc, but always willing to talk Vipers, cars and bikes!

Can't wait to see it with some Vipers and choppers on that nice new black and white checkerboard floor in the showroom

Stupid me forgot to take a pic or two!

Place looks good Bernie.....best of Luck

Joe thank you very much for taking time out of your schedule to visit the new shop. I apologize for not being able to spend more time with you but I had three different contractors working deligently to get the new shop open. The history on this building is incredible and I am finding more treasures each day. It is cool as the old systems for bringing in motors and using a tracking system to move them from a pick up bed to the lift is still in great shape. I found 12 old cheverlot cars in the woods behind the dealership. Needless to say I appreciate you stopping by and I hope to have a grand opening within the next two weeks.
I would love for this to become a stoping point for our Va/Md/NC memebers as I am somewhat centered off of Rt.288. Please feel free to stop by. Also pass the word around that I do want to hire a service tech someone that can successfully perform mods and regular service on our cars.

Now I have a real lift that is in ground, so when your ready to change the fluids or ad any mods call me better yet please bring the girls and the Mrs. to the shop. Actually ask her if she can take photos for an article that is going to be written.

Bernie,

I'm sure she would be happy to do that for you. Big question is timing, as I expect that the article is going to be written pretty soon due to the opening.

I really wanted to make the Fall Cruise tomorrow, but it looks like I'll be missing both of them again this year.

Good luck Bernie! I hope everything works out for you. After picking up the MY98 GTS SVS S1, I could not be any more happy as it was in perfect condition! Dealing with you was the best car buying experience I have had to date. Congrats on the company and I know you will do well.

Hope the PS2 and GT4 are up to your standards :)

The PS2 and GT4 is awesome, I went out and bought the seat and remote controls, I am now kicking some serious a---, just ask my 11 year old neighbhor who knows every game there is and fumbles through your PS2 like it was a TV remote. I hope the car is what you expected Enjoy it that is an awesome car with 4K miles and one big exhaust pipe. Mishack Jr. & Sr. do nice work. Now all I need to do is find a tuner that can work on all of the Vipers in my shop for the area and success will follow, and I will have accomplished my goal. Thanks Ron enjoy your 98 SVS car.
