CAAP # to call for Viper Tech Question?

The Viper plant is kind of like area 51. I don't believe they take calls from individual owners like ourselves. However, I believe the customer service numbers are: 1-800-998-1110 (club),
and 800-992-1997. I think you will need your VIN. They are very friendly, and may even call the plant for you while you are on hold. Meanwhile, ask the dealer for more assistance.

Myths:

There is NO line to CAAP for tech advice! Any current Viper Tech has a 'hotline' to call for Viper-related issues. I have serious doubts about the tech if the customer is trying to find numbers.

Certainly, the ZONE MANAGER has direct access to SVE/TV for unusual issues as you describe.
