Does anyone have a carbon fibre or brushed aluminum dash kit? I am thinking about getting one, but I am afraid it will look cheap. If anybody has one, could you please post or email me some pics? Thanks in advance.

I asked him already, but he doesn't carry them for 99&up Vipers. I wish he did, because he is always more than helpful. Thanks for the tip, though

I've seen some carbon fiber dash panel kits on E-Bay for under $300, but they only show drawings of the parts and not actual photos (let alone installed).
It would be an interesting dress-up item if the panels were well made, but I'd have to see them in a Viper first before buying.

This is the brushed aluminum 3 piece dash in my RT/10 from Sean Roe. Also added MGW satin finish knobs, shifter, ash tray, cigarette lighter, etc.

Jerry,

I installed the Carbon Fiber dash kit (Roe) in my '01 GTS. The dash looks really good and it does not come across "cheap".

I am ordering a kit tomorrow and will try posting after I install it. With the normal price for Viper parts, I figure $180 is relative pocket change and I can just toss everything if it looks weak. Now I just need new plastic scuff plates/grunge collectors to go w/ the carbon sills I picked up and should be done tinkering for a another month...

Guys,

It would be great to see some more pictures of these kits installed in the car.

Thanks for the input, guys. I have decided against getting a kit, but I am thinking about having someone fabricate a replacement panel for the center console out of carbon fibre. If I can't do that, I think i will just have it painted Graphite to match the car. Thanks again.

Our GTS is out of the state right now, so I can only post the pictures I have. Pictures don't do it justice.

Jerry, the carbon fiber console panel by itself is $80 to $90. If you order one and don't like it, we don't hold you to it. Send it back for a full refund. We made this policy because it's such a personal thing. We all have different tastes.

I have a brand new five-panel carbon fibre kit from Roe that you can have for $200 plus shipping. Never used. I decided to go a different direction. If interested, e-mail me.
