Hi all,

I was vacuuming out my 04 this morning and noticed that the clutch pedal is "loose".

What I mean by that is the pedal hangs there and there is looseness in the linkage. It will jiggle from side to side and at least 1/2 inch in towards the floor. It will even "rattle" a bit when I go over a bumpy part of a road

I understand the clutch is Hyd, but it would seem that the side to side play and even the fore and aft looseness would not be there.

Anyone else's like this???

YES ,I have the same thing.I've tried pulling up on petal and doesn't change.I just figured it was because of adjustable petals. Going to have mine checked when take mine in for oil change.

The GTS's were notorious for this. I've not noticed it at all in the SRT. Even though it's a hydro operated clutch system, there will be a little free play in it. This is normal, but I've not noticed much side play.

Every GTS I owned, had what seemed to be to much side play. Do a comparison to another SRT, se if it's the same. The adjustable pedals make the system prone to this, as they are somewhat complex in design,(many moving parts)
