Just found this '97 on the interwebz for sale in Puebla... as in Puebla, Mexico.

I travel to Mexico more than a couple times per year and have only seen a red RT/10 and a red SRT vert. in my 80+ trips. Mileage is roughly 36k and the price is also roughly $28.5k USD. In all honesty the only things that would keep me from buying are
1- The insufficient amount of decent roads to haul ass on
2- The ******* law enforcement
3- The fact that at any given moment, a convoy of armed "sicarios" will take possession of it if they please
oh... and 4 - A.R.T., RSI, and the rest of the tuners are a bit far from there.
Surpringly enough there's quite a few Vipers for sale down in Mx.
