I need a little help. This past weekend i had a little (BIG MESS)leak. The gaskets that goes to coolant crossover housing decided it was time to go,while i was on the freeway. I have torn it down and now i need to know the best way to put it back together as one whole assembly, if possible. I'm going to change all the hoses and the thermostat, thanks to the guys a roe racing.
thanks :usa:

You're pretty sharp if you removed the housing without removing the intake. The housing splits in two to replace the thermostat. Clean surfaces very well, scrape off old gasket material. I used OEM gaskets from Tator with high temp RTV lightly coated on them. I also ran a tap through the threads and cleaned the bolts very well, especially where the housing bolts to the heads. Used RTV on all the bolts. Follow correct torque specs.
