DC Service Contract Question

As a new VCA member, I am concerned about voiding my extended warranty if I install HF cats and a new cat-back on my Viper. Can anyone tell me if this is an issue I should be concerned about?

You don't need to worry about voiding the service contract but you do need to worry about federal emissions laws. During the 8/80 federal emissions period, the converters by law cannot be replaced with anything but factory new parts.
Just went through this with one of my customers and the fines can be quite extreme.

With my Heffner SCI, full exhaust, I passed emissions with No Problem!

It may pass the sniffer, but if not a factory item they can fail you, and fine you so bad you won't be sitting for some time.
