My guess is that it depends on who you buy it from. Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse will probably (as always) provide one of the best deals in the country and if I was putting my deposit down, I'd leave it with him. Dave Smith auto in Idaho is serious about selling all of their cars for $197 over dealer invoice (I know guys who have bought their Viper there for this price), but they may or may not be able to order a Gen III for a while. In this as with all New Viper questions, I'd say put your faith in Woodhouse.

Agree with Andy...call Bill Pemberton at Woodhouse...let HIM do the talking , and you will find a VERY satisfactory deal. They also are STRAIGHT, and have a LARGE allotment of VIPERS (MANY OTHERS have only VAPORS). I don't know what the 2003 price will be, BUT have one on order....FAITH!!! Make it a "three-peat". Bill at Woodhouse is the best. I could go on and on, but I have purchased 2 Vipers from Bill. He makes the deals while the other dealers are still talking. Bill and Bob (I still think that sounds more like a country music act than a car dealership) are absolute pros..and, nice guys too.

Woodhouse sells Dodge, Jeep, Ford, Lincoln, & Mercury from what I recall, and every model they make. Bill Pemberton has also been EXCELLENT in getting Prowlers and PT Cruisers for several club members. In a nutshell: If it has wheels, Woodhouse can get it and price it right.
