I recently had a '94 RT and '96 GTS at the same time. Traded them both on a 2000 GTS. While I do realize there were many changes from the first RTs to the later ones, I had no trouble in deciding to get a GTS. As nice as the ragtop is...an RT/10 top is a genuine pain in the --- to put on and take off, and once that folded up top is in the trunk...nothing else will fit in with it. Just my .02.

This question is coming to this board regularly.

In my case, I had no hesitation. If I was to buy a super car (Viper, Porsche, Ferrari,etc.) it had to be a roadster or convertible.

I know that putting the top may take 4 minutes, but to me it is really worth it on a nice sunny day. I never regretted my choice.

As far as handling and ride quality, both cars have identical chassis and suspension.
