Defective RT10 Hardtops

After rejecting three new hardtops from my local Dodge dealer, because of major and minor scratches missing paint etc., I was wondering if anyone has had this problem. What has happended to quality control of this outside supplier to Dodge?

Don't Dodge still ship the hard Tops in wood crates like they do the hoods? Also check your e-mail Bernie

No wood crates, just a cardboard carton with inconsistent packing methods.. I almost believe they are shipping seconds and hope nobody notices. The Regent Dodge service manager and parts manager have been very supportive in trying to obtain a hardtop that they accept as being reasonable.

I can more than likely get you a lot better deal on a hard top through another dealer here the Midd. Tn area. Let me know.
