Different Tire Size

If I put 20" in rear and 19" up front will there any big difference on handing? What tires can I use? Anyone did this? Who makes this kind of wheel sizes? I don't have a plan of tracking my baby just for show. Any ideas? Pros and Cons... I saw some who had Purner 505's but both are 19". Just trying to fill the gap on the rear. And how much I can get on my stock wheels if any?Thanks for any input.

The 19" Michelin Pilots are over an inch taller than the stock Gen II rear tires so there is your gap fill right there. But you can also get that height tire in an 18" so no need to go to bigger rims if you want to keep 18's. Bridgestone has a tire from the rear of the Enzo that is even taller and it looks good on a stock height Gen III but will NOT fit on a Gen II.
