Rear! crank the front pressure up to 40psi when racing. or buy a set of radial skinnies [for the front] if you really want to.

It depends on the tire size. Look at the recommended wheel width for your tire and pick the closest. I had a set on factory fronts (17" rim) but now they have wider DR's for 17" wheels so try to get the wider tire for your rear 13" wheel.
