Will a chassis dyno read a higher rwhp/rwt when the stock wheels and tires (runcraps) are replaced by a lightweight roadcourse wheel and tire (SSR's and Kumho 700's) on an SRT10 Viper? I know the engine won't make any more power at the flywheel, but would the chassis dyno reading change, whether up or down, or would it stay the same? Thanks.

Yes. Anything that reduces the inertia of the drivetrain will increase the measured horsepower.
