tough call. No, there really isnt any 100% safe way to do it... They say Ebay's legally binding and all that. But thats such BS.. no one would ever go to the legal expense to fight it....

You could do escrow I guess... But online escrow services are expensive. And, I just heard of a new scam involving them too...

Will they do C.O.D.?? Probably the best way... be careful... I got smoked on Ebay myself...

Also, dont use pay-pal. They will leave you high and dry..

I don't see the 'middle man' part, just this:

Sold my car and buyer did not want the supercharger on it so I took it off to make the sale.


Anyway someone must know him in his home state's VCA club and will help you.

The middle man part is what he emailed me later also he is not a VCA member, I asked that in the begining......
